My neighbors had moved out of the area and rented their home to a couple for the past six months. The experience for them, and us as neighbors, did not go well. They did not do a background check on the tenants and did not stay in contact with them much during the six month time-frame. They are back now and wished that they had called a property management Minneapolis company to handle the entire ordeal for them. I suggested that they simply look at it as a lesson learned.
