Another friend called a few days later and was looking for similar information because she wanted to buy a house after several years of renting. I gave Felicia Monica’s phone number and mentioned that she had just had a great experience. Felicia was so excited because she had also been overwhelmed by how many realtors were listed in the phone book of our town.
