Finding a Realtor

I did not, but I had another friend who had sold her condo the year before, so I called her to see if she had any suggestions. She gave me a few names, and I called Monica to give her the list. She really appreciated it, since there are so many realtors listed out in the phone book, and she was feeling really overwhelmed.
