A Picky Buyer

I am one of her more picky buyers, and she is convinced that I will never find one that will meet my expectations. I have pretty expensive taste and I really don’t have a checkbook to back it up. However, I was able to get a short sale for well under market value. I am really glad that my realtor thought to show me these great houses.
